  2. More control on discounts

    Have ability to control discounts by product. I may want to offer a percent discount on a room, but not have that same discount apply to food. Or I may want to allow 100% discount on a basic room reservation, but not allow that same discount on a full party. We allow certain groups to reserve rooms for free, but currently they could use that same code to book a party, which would be very expensive for us.

  3. Guest list on birthday party for waivers

    It’s hard keeping track of everyone in the party and if they filled out a waiver or not. I’d be helpful for there to be a guest list that shows if every individual guest filled out a waiver on each reservation.

  6. Follow-Up: Request to Add Credit Card Surcharge Option

    We would like to follow up on a request we have made several times regarding the option to add a surcharge for credit card payments. Unfortunately, we haven’t received any response or update on this matter. It’s quite outdated that this feature is still not available, especially considering that nowadays most businesses charge a small fee to cover credit card processing costs. Implementing this option would help us promote alternative payment methods such as cash, Zelle, or Venmo, which are faster and more cost-efficient for both the business and the customer. We kindly ask that you prioritize this update, as it would be a very practical and widely appreciated improvement for many users.

  7. Discount permission - allow for manager login override without logging out

    Currently we can set which profiles have permission to apply a discount. However, the current user needs to log out and the allowable user needs to log in to apply the discount. Please consider enabling the manager to simply log in to apply the discount like how a manager can log in to open the cash drawer without having the current user log out.

  9. Be able to make a pos invoice and send to customers for payment

    We run a summer camp and the best way to keep track and collect payments in making pos orders for the summer and having customers make payments on that invoice. If we could send the invoice to customers via email and they could make payments be a lot easier. There is no good way to run a summer camp with party center software.

    First responders and military should be allowed discounts to monthly memberships. We give them discounts at parties and open play. Memberships are the next step.

  14. Saving Payment Information

    I'd love it if there was a way we could save a customers payment information to the system so when they add on food, drink etc at a later date than when booking we can easily take care of it rather than calling the customers or having them pay on the day. Many customers at our facility will reserve a time, then want to add on closer to the party when they have a better idea of attendance.

  15. Cancellation Email

    Currently we can phone customers when their party is cancelled. Having a toggle-able automatic cancellation email would expedite our process whille creating a record of all our communications with customers! Currently we can re-write the invoice message and resend the invoice, but that creates a point where staff members could make a mistake.
