Don't have guests pick a time before seeing what times are available
Instead of having guests pick a date then time, have them pick a day and then show them what times are available

Prevent booking past dates
An employee created a one time schedule for a party reservation in July 2024 - the customer wanted to book for January 25 2025, but the employee accidentally set it for January 25 2024. This led to an unfortunate double booking. We should have caught it (ie it said Thursday instead of Saturday) but I think it would make a lot of sense if the system could prevent someone from adding a one time schedule for a date that's in the past - or at least pop up a warning box that says "This date is in the past, would you like to proceed?" or something to that effect. Thank you!

Increase the Visibility of Banned Customers
As a FEC Operator, I want a better, more obvious indication that a guest has been banned from our facility so my staff does not inadvertently admit a banned customer. Today, the only way to tell if a customer has been banned is to set a flag on their account and hope the attendant sees it. There should be a more obvious, visible indicator for a customer account that has been marked as "banned." For example, highlight the customer record in list views in red, yellow or orange (for example). When viewing a banned customer record, include a prominent visual indicator on the main customer screen.

Every place I walk into does this, so why can't we?? This should have been implemented already.

One email for multiple profiles
We would love there to be an option to have one email be able to be used for multiple profiles. Due to peoples name changes, there are times we aren't allowed to put in their email since it was booked previously under a different name. There does not appear to be an option for that at this point.

Guest of Honor Name on Order Page!
Let's say little Johnny has a bday party and his mom Sarah booked the party. 90% of the time when a guest arrives to the party, they will give us little Johnny's name; not Sarah's name. But yet PCS requires us to remember if a guest arrives for little Johnny's party, that is Sarah's party in PCS. We have to make the connection that if someone is here for Johnny's party, its actually Sarah's party reservation. We can hover over the little red number 1 on the order page but if you have 15 parties for that day, it is unrealistic and time wasting. Would be a lot easier to have little Johnny's name listed on the order page also.

Have the Guest of Honor and the Host on the receipt
We we send out the receipt to the customer, the customer takes the receipt to the front desk to pay. The only thing tying the receipt to the customer is the order number. So we have to look at the order number then search thru our active orders to find in PCS.

Membership confirmation
when checking in members, I think it would be helpful if it stated whether or not the client is a member when we type in their name. Right now it’s hidden under their account information. I think it’d be helpful if we could see a check beside their name if they are a member

Create labels that can pop up when a customer is selected on PCS
This will help labeling customers and placing few categories to alert the staff (such as VIPs, had bad experience, blacklisted, employee)

Can we have an option for having hosts or not? Our facility does not have hosts for birthday parties.
Adding a toggle for the Host option would help because with the current layout, Hosts are automatic and on the invoices we send it says "Hosts: Not yet assigned". I would not want guests to have the expectation of having a Host. It would also benefit for our larger groups that are not here for birthday parties but field trips or company events.

Private link to book time slots not available to public
Would love to be able to open up a time slot that can ONLY be booked via a private link. Whenever we open a custom time slot for a customer during a non-traditional party time slot, we always have to tell them it could technically be booked by anyone who searches for that date. We think it'd be helpful to have a way to open a private time slot that can only be booked through a specific link that we email to the customer - not available to everyone who searches for that date.

Activity Log That Documents ALL activity, not just some. Employee THEFT problem.
The activity log on POS orders only logs when orders are created, when items are deleted and closed orders. It does NOT log when items are added though. How difficult would it be to make the Activity Log show all activity? It would be very helpful to see all the activities, instead of just a portion. For example, the screen shots below. The bartender sold (2) $5 beers, (1) $7 Wine, (1) $3 Soda AND (2) $6 shots. But he deleted (2) $6 shots before accepting the cash payment. The log only shows the date/time/item/user for when the order was created, closed and the 2 deleted/removed shots. But not when they added items, changed quantities, etc. Also, if the item has a quantity of 5 and the user deletes that item, the log only says "Item __ removed from order". Not the quantity. The bartender could delete one item that has a quantity of 10 and there's no record of 10 being deleted, just one in the log.

One-Click to Duplicate a Product to a new Product
As a product manager (owner/operator), I want to efficiently create several similar products using a "copy product" or "duplicate product" button to ensure all fields are completed accurately and with minimal effort. Let's pretend I have a product that is a Red Balloon. If I wanted to also have a Blue Balloon, Purple Balloon, and Orange Balloon in my product list, then today I have to create and populate all of the fields from scratch when I have already created a perfectly good Red Balloon product. I tend to miss or misspell something along the way. If I could duplicate a product (e.g. Red Balloon to Blue, Purple, and Orange), I could easily update the text and description of the new products while leaving price, vendor, tax, and other fields exactly the same. When duplicating, leave the new product inactive by default.
