One email for multiple profiles
We would love there to be an option to have one email be able to be used for multiple profiles. Due to peoples name changes, there are times we aren't allowed to put in their email since it was booked previously under a different name. There does not appear to be an option for that at this point.

Prevent booking past dates
An employee created a one time schedule for a party reservation in July 2024 - the customer wanted to book for January 25 2025, but the employee accidentally set it for January 25 2024. This led to an unfortunate double booking. We should have caught it (ie it said Thursday instead of Saturday) but I think it would make a lot of sense if the system could prevent someone from adding a one time schedule for a date that's in the past - or at least pop up a warning box that says "This date is in the past, would you like to proceed?" or something to that effect. Thank you!

Create labels that can pop up when a customer is selected on PCS
This will help labeling customers and placing few categories to alert the staff (such as VIPs, had bad experience, blacklisted, employee)

Can we have an option for having hosts or not? Our facility does not have hosts for birthday parties.
Adding a toggle for the Host option would help because with the current layout, Hosts are automatic and on the invoices we send it says "Hosts: Not yet assigned". I would not want guests to have the expectation of having a Host. It would also benefit for our larger groups that are not here for birthday parties but field trips or company events.

Activity Log That Documents ALL activity, not just some. Employee THEFT problem.
The activity log on POS orders only logs when orders are created, when items are deleted and closed orders. It does NOT log when items are added though. How difficult would it be to make the Activity Log show all activity? It would be very helpful to see all the activities, instead of just a portion. For example, the screen shots below. The bartender sold (2) $5 beers, (1) $7 Wine, (1) $3 Soda AND (2) $6 shots. But he deleted (2) $6 shots before accepting the cash payment. The log only shows the date/time/item/user for when the order was created, closed and the 2 deleted/removed shots. But not when they added items, changed quantities, etc. Also, if the item has a quantity of 5 and the user deletes that item, the log only says "Item __ removed from order". Not the quantity. The bartender could delete one item that has a quantity of 10 and there's no record of 10 being deleted, just one in the log.

Tip percentages printed on receipt & more
Our party hosts mean a lot to us, so it would be great if tip percentages could be printed on party receipts to give customers a quick calculation to base their tip on. I know percentages can be put on the card readers, but that's not as convenient or flexible for us, since some customers tip cash or use QR codes for our staff, and not everyone pays at the front. Also, many customers look at the remaining balance (minus deposit) instead of the full party price when calculating a tip. (And before V.2 the tip line on our receipts could be changed to say 'Party Host Tip', instead of just 'Tip'.) Thank you!

Ages for GoH on main page
We used to be able to hover over the number for GoH and it show the name and ages of anyone in the profile that are selected, it won't allow us to do that now. Can this be added back in? I dont like having to go into the order to see the ages that are coming in to match with other groups.

Don't have guests pick a time before seeing what times are available
Instead of having guests pick a date then time, have them pick a day and then show them what times are available

Saving Payment Information
I'd love it if there was a way we could save a customers payment information to the system so when they add on food, drink etc at a later date than when booking we can easily take care of it rather than calling the customers or having them pay on the day. Many customers at our facility will reserve a time, then want to add on closer to the party when they have a better idea of attendance.

Cancellation Email
Currently we can phone customers when their party is cancelled. Having a toggle-able automatic cancellation email would expedite our process whille creating a record of all our communications with customers! Currently we can re-write the invoice message and resend the invoice, but that creates a point where staff members could make a mistake.

See balance due on main schedule & make schedule page customizable
Would love to be able to quickly look down the schedule page and see remaining balances due (perhaps right next to the 'price' column?) without having to open each order individually. Would also love to be able to hide certain columns of the schedule page that we do not use (checklist/host) -- I know these items have a purpose, but we do not use them in our workflow and would love to be able to hide them to clean up the screen a bit.

Different Party Templates
When sending out the invoices with all the "rules" and information it would be nice if you could select on specific templates to send with it. I book banquets that want to see proof of their payment and I want to send them terms but their terms are different than generic parties. It is hard to adjust information for each individual banquet.

Add "acceptance" of Policies to event order details
When a guest books a party online, they come across the "policy" section. We have a policy about "non-refundable deposits". They must accept this policy before moving on with the booking. It would be nice if "proof" of acceptance of this policy would be included in the event order somehow. So many guests said "I never read that when booking online" as most just click through things fast. The way it is now, we have NO proof that they even selected that option online because there is no record of them doing it. Not even the "activity log" shows that they have accepted the policy.

Guest of Honor Name on Order Page!
Let's say little Johnny has a bday party and his mom Sarah booked the party. 90% of the time when a guest arrives to the party, they will give us little Johnny's name; not Sarah's name. But yet PCS requires us to remember if a guest arrives for little Johnny's party, that is Sarah's party in PCS. We have to make the connection that if someone is here for Johnny's party, its actually Sarah's party reservation. We can hover over the little red number 1 on the order page but if you have 15 parties for that day, it is unrealistic and time wasting. Would be a lot easier to have little Johnny's name listed on the order page also.
